I've tutored middle school kids before, but I also have a teenage brother that I tutor for free. I am best with history including US and world. I will be taking Early US History this year so I will be picking up extra knowledge on the subject. It's hard to study on your own, and that's why I'd like to be a tutor. I feel that I can help understand a troubling Social Studies subject by making it fun and memorable. I was recently a student ambassador for the United States through a group called People to People. It was established by Dwight D. Eisenhower to help the youth venture out into the world and become knowledgeable about other countries. I went to England, Wales, Ireland, and Scotland for a month volunteering and learning while representing our nation. It was a life-altering experience. I learned so much, and would love to share them with you.
