Education
I am a student at Mississippi State University. I am a double English and Spanish major.I have finished all of my Spanish Language classes and I am currently in my advanced composition and conversation classes, as well as a hispanic civilization class. I only have one class remaining for my English degree. I also go back to my old high school to help the English teachers grade essays. I plan on teaching high school when I graduate in May.
Experience
I have tutored various students from Kindergarten to 9th grade throughout my high school experience. I scored a 35 on the English portion of the ACT and a 34 on the Reading portion. I want to be a tutor because I love helping students make connections and finally understand something they have been struggling with or just need extra help with. I had A's in all of my high school English classes and have gotten A's in my college English courses so far. I also revise papers any time I am asked for people at various points in their education.

Monday after 3PM, Wednesday after 7PM, Friday after 2PM, Tues/Thurs after 2PM

Up to 20 minutes away for no additional charge, Up to 45 minutes away for a flat fee, Up to 1 hour away at my regular hourly rate
Hobbies
Reading and coffee are my passions. Whenever I have spare time, my nose is in a book. I also play guitar for my church and love community service. I have been a very active member in Relay for Life for about three years now. I love school, but I understand that isn't the case for everyone. I find satisfaction in helping people relate what they're learning in school to their personal life so that it is more interesting for them.
